After getting to know the duo of Executive Chef/Owners Alessandro Forti and his wife, Lisa, nothing has been short of amazement in their passion for their ingredients and equally important, their customers. Alessandro, hailing from Roma, Italy, has spent and dedicated over 20 years in fortifying his cuisine and utilizing only the freshest ingredients to concoct such amazing dishes.

While Executive Chef, Alessandro, trudges through hectic, yet masterfully executed dinner rushes, his wife ceremoniously greets and converses with every customer sitting in the quaint, perfectly intimate forty-five seating Italian restaurant.

Via Roma is exceptional in so many ways, it's hard to keep track.  From the homemade, fresh Fettucine Bolognse, to the infamous Zuppa Di Pesce (seafood stew served with fresh crostinis), Via Roma never fails to satisfy our taste for the taste of Italy.
